IMPORTANT: This is Bridge to 10k (not Couch to 10k). If you are not already able to run a continuous 5k (doesn't need to be fast) then this programme is not for you - not yet anyway! (If this is the case consider our easy paced social 5k on Wednesdays as that includes rest breaks.)
Bridge to 10k launches this TUESDAY 13 June at 6.30pm in the Saltire. This first session will allow registration, explanation of how the programme works and the first run. Thereafter the weekly runs will be on THURSDAYS at 6.30 (note time) from the Arbroath Sports Centre, from 15 June to 3 August. As with Couch to 5k there will be two homework runs each week and you will receive a weekly email with further guidance. Do please try to come to the initial session if you can, even though it's on a different day from the rest of the programme, as it will help you understand the programme and learn some pitfalls to avoid.
Non-members will be expected to join the Club if they continue on the programme after 30 June.
